Mt Kailash tour via Simikot

Mt. Kailash is a mysterious mountain for travelers. But for Buddhist, Hindus and Bonpo faithful it is the abode of God Shiva; it is their sacred land. Kailash peak and Manasarover Lake are situated at 4500 meter above sea level; it is at the highest elevation on the Tibetan plateau. It is the source of holy rivers of south Asia like Indus, Sutlej, Brahamaputra and Karnali. Despite it’s barren and dry features the lake and the mountain has magnetic influence to devotees and visitors alike. The journey starts from Simikot, travel to Yari, cross a high pass at Nara La and descend to Humla Karnali River to reach the border village of Hilsa and Khojarnath. Drive to the region’s trading center at Taklakot (Purang). Green and wet monsoon weather changes to dry, cold and sunshine at the plateau. The sky there is deep blue with scattered cloud. From Taklakot drive to Manasarover Lake and onward to Darchen. Walk around Mt. Kailash and drive back to the border for the return trek to Nepal.
Day by Day Itinerary
Day 1 Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to your hotel. And free for your wonder.
Day 2 After Breakfast you will visit Pashupatinath, with two tiered golden roof and silver door is considered one of the holiest shrines for Hindu. It is Top Hindu temple of the world. Although only Hindus are allowed inside the temple, visitors can clearly see the temple and the activities performed in the temple premises from the eastern bank of the Bagmati river.
Bouddhanath: This ancient colossal Stupa is one of the biggest in Nepal , and the center of Tibetan Buddhism in the world.Swayambhunath: The Buddhist temple of Swayambhunath situated on the top of a hill west of the city, is on the most popular and instantly recognizable symbols of Nepal.
Day 3 Today after breakfast visit Patan .The diversity of the medieval culture that allowed both Hinduism and Buddhism to flourish has left a rich legacy of impressive. Bhaktapur: the city of Devotees still retains a medieval charm and visitors to this ancient town are treated to myriad wonders of cultural and artistic achievements .The past glory of the Malla rulers continues to be reflected at the Durbar Square. Day 04 Fly Kathmandu/Nepalgunj on the southern border of Nepal. O/n at Hotel
Day 05 Fly to Simikot (2910m). Trek to Dharapuri (2,270m). O/n camp.
Day 06 Trek to Kermi (3000m). O/n camp.
Day 07 Trek to Yalbang (2,990m) . O/n camp.
Day 08 Trek to thunkot (3,020m). O/n camp.
Day 09 Trek to Yeri(3,975,m). O/n camp.
Day 10 Trek to Hilsa (Nepal Border & Sher (Tibet Border).
Day 11 Drive to Purang. Overnight in Guest House.
Day 12 Drive to Lake Manasarovar. O/n camp.
Day 13 Drive to Darchen (4,620m). O/n camp.
Day 14 Trek to Driraphuk (5010m/18km 4900mt).
Day 15 Zutulphuk (5200m/15km). crossing Dromala Pass. O/n camp.
Day 16 Walk back to Darchen and drive to Lake Mansarovar. O/n camp.
Day 17 Drive from Mansarover –Parynag. You will be seeing the best views to the Mountains.
Day 18 Paryang-Saga Overnight at guest house.
Day 19 Saga-Zhangmu Overnight at Guest house.
Day 20 Today After breakfast you will be crossing the boader, where our representative will be waiting for you. After short break you will be drive back to Kathmandu. Transfer to Hotel and rest day free for shopping.
Day 21 Today free for you.
Day 22 Transfer to international Airport for you Departure.

Social Projects:
As a tour operator from Nepal, we strive for more than 10 years the social and economic situation in Nepal and to improve here, especially in my hometown Bachhauli in Chitwan. Together with the German Nepal Help Association direct from Mannheim and Africa - luz from Germany show here, we help more than 60 children in our village.
We help to ensure that these children receive a good education in private schools and receive lessons from English-speaking teachers. School uniforms and school books are bought with
our help as well. Thus, these children a better chance later in life. In addition, we supported in our children's house courses for women who learn more easily with the help of an experienced local seamstress sewing the garments. These courses are accepted by the women in the village very much.
We also have in common with villagers in Bachhauli founded an NGO. With this club we want to help the entire population in our village. We built a small paper factory where six villagers were working. From elephant dung, which originates from the two elephants of our hotel "Parkside", we make handmade paper from small souvenirs like envelopes, maps, notebook etc. and sell them to tourists.
In addition, we started with this NGO to build a small clinic with a focus on eye diseases. After this project, the construction of a good school is planned.
Thus, the entire population of the village in northern Nepal, Chitwan be helped. We are also members of the large German Relief Association "German-Nepalese-aid community" in Stuttgart, and participate by making donations to the projects in Nepal. How you can help is begging children are not helped by Bert ropes of candy, pens and clothing worn.
