Mt. Everest is known to the world as the World’s highest peak. Mt. Everest is also known as Chomolungma in Tibet and Sagarmatha in Nepal. The mighty peaks rise of about 8848 meters (29,029ft) above sea level. Everest is part of the Himalaya mountain range along the border of Nepal and Tibet. It is located 20°95´North Latitude, 86°55´ East Longitude. The highest mountain in the world attracts many well-experienced mountaineers as well as novice climbers who are willing to pay substantial sums professionals to complete a successful climb. It has known to the world ever since the early 1950’s when Sir Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay Sherpa first climbed its awesome summit in 29th May 1953.
Everest is so tall and its climate so severe that it is incapable of supporting sustained human occupation, but the valleys below the mountain all inhabitated by Tibetan – speaking peoples. Notable among these are the Sherpa’s (the Sherpas were the traders who led a semi nomadic lifestyle in their search for pastureland. Sherpas were employed as porters tasked with carrying large amount of equipments.
Gradually people from all races started to take interest in Mt. Everest and there are many expeditions carried on till date.
Day by Day Itinerary
Day.01: Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to your Hotel.
Day.02: Kathmandu After Breakfast sightseeing in Kathmandu(Pashupatinath, Boudhanath and Swayambhunath). We drive with a private vehicle towards our three sightseeing points. We visit Pashupatinath, the most famour Hindu temple in the country, located on the banks of the holy Bagmati River. Here we see Hindu holy men (Sadhus) meditating, pilgrims bathing and occasionally funeral pyres burning on the ghats. After Pashupatinath wevisit Boudhanath Stupa, one of the biggest Buddhist shrines in the world, where we observe Buddhist monks in prayer in the monasteries surrounding the stupa. We take lunch break infront of the Stupa. After lunch breakfast we visit another point Swayambhunath.
Day.03: Kathmandu:Sightseeing in Royal palaces (Patan and Bhaktapur). The diversity of the medieval culture that allowed both Hinduism and Buddhism to flourish has left a rich legacy of impressive. Bhaktapur the city of Devotees still retains a medieval charm and visitors to this ancient town are treated to myriad wonders of cultural and artistic achievements .The past glory of the Malla rulers continues to be reflected at the Durbar Square. Pottery and weaving are its traditional industries. Bhaktapur is famous for woodcarving, the Bhadgaolen topi (cap) and curd. After drive to Dhulikhel from where you can have best view to Mountains.
Day.04: Fly to Lukla(2804 m) and trek to Phakdin(2610 m) 3 hours An early in the morning our private drop you in the Tribhuwan International Airport in Kathmandu. You will fly with domestic airline in the 35 minute to Tenzing and Hillary Airport at Lukla at 2840m. We have breakfast at Lukla Airport in guest house, from the hotel or guest house you can see the airport and mountain scenery views. After the breakfast we trek down to Phakding which is gradually down(200mtrs). It takes about 3 hrs to get at Phakding following the Dudh koshi River and we take rest on the day.
Day.05: Phakding(2610m) to Namche Bazzar(3440m) There is a long, steep climb up to the town of Namche Bazaar (11300ft, 3440m), the main admistrative and trading centre for the Khumbu region. Heading out of Phakding we follow the Dudh Kosi northwards. This day's walk takes us through magnificent forests of rhododendron, giant fir and magnolia trees, and both in spring and autumn the ground is bright with flowers. After Jorsale (2,805m) we cross the west fork of the river, the Bhote Kosi, and start the steep climb to Namche Bazaar. About 300m up this ascent we should have our first glimpse, cloud-permitting, of the summit of Everest appearing majestically behind the great ridge of Nuptse-Lhotse. Another 300m of climbing brings us to Namche Bazaar, administrative centre of the Khumbu region. Namche is a prosperous Sherpa village and an important trading centre with a weekly market selling fresh foodstuffs brought up from lower villages.
Day.06: Acclimatization Day at Namche Bazar Today we have whole day for acclimatization and rest. Health experts always recommend us to stay active and moving during the rest day too instead of being idle. We climb up to Everest view hotel to see the Everest Panoramic ranges including view of Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku and Kusum Kangaru. It takes about 2 hours to go up and we will have a tea break for an hour with the panoramic view of everest at Everest View Hotel and we back down to Namche Bazzar. Namche Bazzar also reveals that Namche is the main trading center for the Khumbu region. You will find here several Nepalese officials, a police check post and a bank. The headquarters for Sagarmatha National Park and Nepalese army barracks are also found here. Namche Bazaar Facts also includes that the surface of loose pebbles makes this place unsuitable for fixed wing aircrafts. Visitors cannot reach this place by helicopter.
Day 07: Namche Bazzar(3440m) to Tangboche(3860m) From Namche a steep one hour climb to Syangboche (3720 m) provides excellent views of EVEREST and Ama Dablam. From there we descend to Punki Thanka via Khumjung, then the trail climbs through forests where you can spot musk deer. This village is a good stop for lunch and rest. Here we can relax before making the steep climb to Tengboche. Although the hike up the zigzag path is taxing, the presents us many beautiful sights of rhododendron bushes with beautiful birds and delightful mountain scenery. Tengboche is famous for its celebrated monastery, the largest in the Khumbu. A wonderful panorama of Everest, Lhotse and Ama Dablam mountain in the horizon can be seen from our campsite.
Day 08: Tangboche(3860m) to Dingboche(4410) The first part of the day is spent walking through lush rhododendron and pine forests. Climbing steadily the trail enters Pangboche, at 3,900m, the highest permanent settlement in this valley. Ascending the valley we have lunch at Shomare, after which we leave the trees behind and cross a wooden bridge at the confluence of the Khumbu and Imja Kholas, A short steep climb brings us to Dingboche, at 4,530m, a summer settlement where great peaks surround us. We spend a day at Dingboche to continue our acclimatization. Those adapting well to the altitude can climb Nangkartshang Peak at 5,100m for great views of Makalu, Lhotse, Chalotse, Tawoche and Ama Dablam.
Day 09: Dingboche(4410) to Chhukung Ri(5550m) and back to Dingboche(4410m) Another rest and acclimatization day at DINGBOCHE. This rest and acclimatization day should give you an excellent chance of ascending Kalapattar, the Base Camp of the Everest. From these yak herders' village, there are a number of interesting excursions. A 2 hours walk to the huts at Chukkung (4700m) will take you to the glaciers flowing off Nuptse and Lhotse.
Day 10: Dingboche(4410m) to Lobuche(4910m) The trail ascends the broad, gently sloping valley and climbs steeply into the terminal moraine of the Khumbu glaciers. It then crosses the bridge and climbs higher on the moraine to a row of stone monuments erected in memory of many Sherpas and foreign mountaineers who have died climbing Everest before reaching Lobuche (4930m.)
Day 11: Lobuche(4910m) to Gorakshep(5140m) to EBC(5364m) and back to Gorakshep(5140m) After a short walk we'll climb the moraine of the mighty Khumbu Glacier.It is a short but steep climb up to Lobuche (16175ft, 4930m), which is really just a few huts at the foot of giant Lobuche peak. Again the views are spectacular and the sunset on Nuptse, towering directly ahead of Lobuche is especially impressive. After about two hour we reach Gorak Shep. Another hour or hiking will take us to base camp. From here the view is one of the most spectacular anywhere in the world. You will be surrounded by the highest mountains in the World. Mt. Pumori with its steep ice walls and hanging glaciers seem so close that you could touch them.
Day 12: Gorakshep(5140m) to Kalapathar(5550m) to Pheriche(4240m) After an early rise, we hike to Kalapathar(5550m) and also Everest base camp and Kala Pathar trekking is popular trekking trail in Everest Region. Kala Pathar means black rock which is located at 5550m high, very closed and front side of the Mt. Everest. From Kala Pathar one can see panoramic view of Mt.Everest and many other mountain peaks like Mt.Pumori, Mt.Lingtren, Mt. Khumertse, Mt. Nuptse, Mt.Lhotse, Mt.Ama Dablam, Mt.Thamserku and many more. After a short excursion and Photography, return back to Gorak Shep. After breakfast, start trek to Pheriche. Trekking path gradually descends through the zigzag trail. There is located Himalayan Rescue Association Aid Post and foreign volunteer doctors are to provide medical treatment to trekkers as well as local people.
Day 13: Pheriche(4240m) to Tangboche(3860m) Descending through Pheriche, we cross a small bridge and have a short climb before descending to join the main Imja Khola Valley. We follow the valley down to Pangboche through an alpine meadow landscape. We drop down to the rushing river then walk through the peaceful rhododendron forests to the village of Devoche from where we climb back up to Thyangboche on the ridge.
Day 14: Tangboche(3860m) to Namche Bazzar(3440m) The walk from Tangboche is mostly downhill on the main busy trail with a few steep climbs for an hour from the bridge at Phungitenga, near to Shanasha. The walk to Namche is very scenic on a long winding path. En route you will visit traditional villages of Khumjung and Khunde. There is an opportunity to visit one of its monasteries, the only monastery that has Yeti Scalp. From Khumjung village another 30min walk brings you to the village of Khunde, where you can visit the Khunde Hospital funded by Sir Edmund Hillary Trust. After Khunde, a scenic and pleasant walk brings you to Namche.
Day 15: Namche Bazzar(3440m) to Phakding(2610m) Leaving Namche Bazzar, we have a big descent today to Phakding. On the way you can take plenty of photos of your final views of the great peaks we've enjoyed so much along the way, including Everest, Lhotse and Ama Dablam. We'll not see them again after reaching camp tonight. In Phakding we'll camp by the Dudh Koshi River and enjoy another spectacular Himalayan sunset before turning in.
Day 16: Phakding(2610m) to Lukla(2840m) Today is our final day of trekking from Phakding to Lukla as we begin with a short descent, then climb 600´ to end in Lukla as we leave long trail behind. After the climb, enjoy a night in a small lodge where you can shower and then look forward to a truly memorable farewell party with all of the wonderful support staff that have contributed so much to the success of our great adventure.
Day 17: Lukla(2840m) to Ktm(1350m) Today take an early morning flight back to Kathmandu which takes approximately 30minutes. Arrival picks up from Kathmandu airport and transfer to your Hotel.
Day.18: Drive to Chitwan National Park with Tourist Bus in our Family Hotel Park Side.
Day.19: Program in Chitwan National Park
Day.20: Drive back to Kathmandu with Tourist bus and transfer to your Hotel.
Day.21: Transfer to National Airport and fly back to your country.

Social Responsibilities
Nepal Reisen Treks & Expedition is not only company to run business, but also have supported lots of social projects at Chitwan National Park. Certain percent of our travel and Hotel incomes goes to the Project s which supports the poor Children, women, and all villagers. We have supported more than 60 Children to go to private school, so that they can have good future, as you might know that our school system is not equal for rich and poor people. We have government school, which teach all subjects in Nepali except one English, and Teaching is not good. Private are good but they are expensive, so most of the people cannot give this system school. We also give training for women, like stitching cloths, painting, so that they can earn their own living. We are also making paper out of the elephant dung. From this paper we are making different kind s of products, and we sale to the tourist, we have created more than 10 work place. Now we are making Eye clinic for the poor people. In summer most of the people get eye problem and many of them unable to get treatment.
